Description: On the occasion of World Ozone Day, September 16, 2023, the IISU Chemical Association organized an engaging and creative event, the "Create a Wall Paper" competition. The event took place in Srijan Hall from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm. The theme for the competition, "Montreal Protocol: Fixing the ozone layer and reducing climate change," was carefully chosen to emphasize the crucial role of international agreements in preserving our environment. This theme provided an excellent platform for students to showcase their creativity and knowledge while contributing to global environmental awareness.

The event attracted undergraduate and postgraduate students from various faculties, creating a diverse pool of participants. In total, seven groups, each consisting of three students, enthusiastically took part in the competition. These groups put forth their creative vision through wallpapers, aligning their artwork with the theme of the Montreal Protocol. The panel of judges responsible for evaluating the submissions comprised two distinguished experts in their respective fields:

1. Dr. Varsha Goyal, Associate Professor, Department of Chemistry

2. Dr. Ashish Tambi, Senior Assistant Professor, Department of Environmental Science
