Objective: The tour to Saras Dairy facility in Jaipur and gain a comprehensive understanding of their dairy production and processing operations, with a focus on learning about their sustainable practices and quality control measures.

Summary/Description: The IISU Chemical Association under the aegis of Department of Chemistry, IIS (deemed to be) university organized a learning expedition to Saras factory Jaipur on 8^th November, 2023 for students of M.Sc. and B.Sc. (H) under the guidance of Dr. Priyanka Jain and Dr. Trapti Gupta .

On reaching there we were first greeted by our guide, who gave us the detailed insights about the history and working of Saras dairy. He first took us to the paneer processing unit where he explained us how paneer is made from milk by use of citric acid for its curdling. Further he explained us about the history of Saras industry.
