Objective of the workshop: The main thrust of the skill empowerment activity for low earning group is to assist them in the sustainable establishment of income generating activities to be undertaken in or near the home. With the aim to give them an opportunity, we have planned this skill empowerment workshop. 

 

A workshop to enhance the skill empowerment was organized by Department of Chemistry for all the lower earning class to enable them to enhance their skill so that they can prepare a good quality product made by on their own with an ease and simplicity. The aim of teh workshop is to develops an entrepreneur skill among the target group which help them able to learn and make thing easily at home.

Preparation of soap was beautifully explained by Dr. Neetu Khandelwal. She gave a demonstration on the preparation of soap. Need for the target group-to aware them for making easily hand made products best quality. 

 

 

After the workshop the participants were able to easily prepare soap at home.
