Objective: 
  1. Separation of sugars/ amino acids using paper chromatography/TLC.
  2.    Titration curve for amino acids and determination of pK value.
  3.     Estimation of amino acids by ninhydrin method.
  4.    Colorimetric/ Spectrophotometric estimation of amino acids.
  5.     Separation and detection/identification of amino acids by electrophoresis.
